Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order: your name, your email, and what you ordered. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.

To do the work: whatever you send us. Photos, listing sheets, your logo files, your brokerage's style guide, your preferences.

What we look up: before we design anything, we look up your brokerage as it's licensed, your licence details, and your team registration. It all comes from public registries, and we send you what we found so you can confirm it. We do this so you don't have to fill in a form.

When you email us: the email, and our reply.

What we don't do: we don't set advertising cookies and there's no tracking pixel. The site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free: no cookies, no personal profile, no cross-site tracking, nothing stored on your device. There's still nothing to consent to, which is why there's no banner.

Listing page analytics

We count visits to the listing pages we host for agents. We record the page, the date, and the website a visit came from, reduced to a bare host name like instagram.com. A scan of the QR code on a printed brochure is counted as its own source, and so is a tap on the agent's phone or email link. A tap adds one to a daily count; who tapped is not recorded anywhere.

We don't record IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, or anything else that identifies a visitor. There's no per-visit record to identify anyone from, only a daily count. The reports we send agents contain counts, and an agent can forward one to their seller without passing on anything about the people who looked.

This data is stored in Canada.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, so we never see or store them. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

How long we keep things

Order records (name, email, what you ordered, what was paid) we keep for seven years. Tax law requires it.

Your material. The photos and files you send us stay 12 months after your last order, so we can pick up where we left off. After that it's deleted.

Working files. The layered files behind your finished pieces stay for as long as you're a client. That's what keeps your look consistent, and it's set out in our terms.

Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're required to keep it. hello@cornerlotstudio.com
